Linux instead of Windows

We have now delivered a good two dozen PCs to refugees in Middle Franconia. This week we received 5 donated HP Pavilions that have Windows license issues. Before we buy licenses, let’s just try something new!

Cooperation with linguademia

From January, the language school linguademia will be one of our partners. We will equip refugees who are taking courses at the language school with PCs to take part in online courses. We look forward to working together and being able to help even more people!

PCs for accommodation in Nuremberg

Yesterday we donated 4 PCs to the Nürnberger Barracudas (a cooperation between Post SV Nürnberg and the swimming department of 1. FC Nürnberg) for accommodation for Ukrainian youth. The fugitives are members of Ukrainian teams that were brought to Franconia after Russian forces attacked Nuremberg’s twin city of Kharkiv.
